THE WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE HOME

When you visualize your dream home, what does it look like?Does it have sprawling gardens or a huge swimming pool? If it's anything like the Château Louis XIV, get ready to save up.
Located 15 minutes outside Triangle d’Or, a neighborhood in Paris, you'll find the world's most expensive home. Built by estate designer Cogemad and designed by French architect Pierre Bortolussi, it has been reportedly sold to an anonymous Middle Eastern buyer for more than $301 million (around P14,138,421,500).
The luxurious property sits on 56 acres of land and has 53,800 square feet of living space. From the flower beds with embroidered box hedges to the grand staircase, the chateau showcases French grandeur. Its amenities include numerous reception rooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, an indoor racquetball court, an indoor swimming pool, a steam room and sauna, a massage room, a nightclub and a massive aquarium—just to name a few.
